Thank you for that tip! I was having a hard time keeping the top moist without overwatering..which I think I did a little already. But, perfect timing because of the heat wave coming! Thanks again. Great idea...and thanks for the book reference. I have started looking at types of edible flowers and, you're right, there are so many! Things just got a LOT more exciting. Regarding the native plantings required, how many different varieties would you suggest? I want to keep it visually exciting without overwhelming myself with individual types of care for each plant.
